Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. We ask that you choose carefully.

FAULTS

All items are individually checked before being sent to our customers.

We hope that you enjoy your besotted® purchase and that it arrives to you in the same pristine condition as it was when it left us.

If there is any fault with your tag order, please follow the instructions in listed under Returns. This must happen within the first 14 days of you receiving your purchase.

If the item is faulty, we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item based on the 'fair and reasonable standard costs' of shipping for your region as determined by Coppered Company Limited.


Once your item has been received by us your new or repaired item will be sent to you within our standard delivery times. Should there be any delays beyond this time frame we shall make contact with you and advise. Once the item has been sent, we will advise you of the item's tracking number and expected arrival date.

All returns must be correctly packaged and sent to us with an accompanying returns form in the box detailing the reason for your return. See here for a printable returns form.

Please include this form with your returned item. Returns shall not be accepted on items returned damaged where we did not receive your advice of the damage within fourteen days of your receipt of your purchase.

When returning faulty product, we recommend that you choose an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We will advise you of our returns address and will advise you once we have received the returned goods.

On receipt of your returned goods we shall refund your transaction (full refund and / or shipping cost) in the original form of payment within five working days. We shall notify you of this refund via the email address that you completed within your account details when your order was transacted.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us at besotted.co.nz.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not allow for refunds as a result of you changing your mind. Please choose carefully. Any items returned without fault / damage will not be refunded.

OUT OF STOCKS

It is highly unlikely that an item listed on our website will be out of stock as we manufactured our bespoke items to order. The items are lovingly hand crafted specifically for you.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock we will refund you immediately and contact you via the email address you supplied to us on your account information.

PRICING, FOREIGN CURRENCY, ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Online pricing may change at any time. In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the price paid.

It is our intention to remain fair and transparent when dealing with all currency transactions. Please note that when converting prices to another currency other than New Zealand Dollars, or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or for credit card company charges.

We take no responsibility for charges incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Coppered Company Limited is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by your country.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

When besotted© orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Coppered Company Limited you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We appreciate your purchase and we wish to provide confidence that these online purchases are transacted in a secure process.

Online Visa, MasterCard & American Express payment is available through Stripe.

When the Credit Card payment option by Stripe is selected, credit card details are entered on a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. The page security is certified as PCI DSS compliant.

As such no Credit Card numbers are accessed or handled by Coppered Co. Limited directly.

Shipping

SHIPPING & POSTAGE

Below are our delivery details and are stated from the confirmation of your order payment and our notification to you of our processing of this order. Below is a guideline only, but this is a standard of delivery that we work to achieve. All deliveries carry a courier tracking number.

FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE*

Wherever you live in the world, when you place an order with us on our website, we promise free delivery*.

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The typical time required to manufacture your bespoke item to your specifications is 14 working days, 10 days for non-engraved orders.

Once we have completed the manufacturing process and dispatched your item the typical delivery times are as noted below.

New Zealand & Australia

For New Zealand deliveries, allow 3-4 working days for metro areas and approximately 6 days for rural deliveries, Australia allow 7 days for metro and 10 days for rural, and rest of the world approximately 14 working days from the date of order dispatch.

Delivery estimate: 14 working days*

*Please note, a purchase from coppered.nz means free delivery (freighting) from New Zealand with our international deliveries handled by NZ Post or our nominated courier forwarder. Please be aware that any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries due to differing custom policies within your country are your responsibility.

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end. We understand that delays may occur due to the rules of customs in each country and are beyond our control or responsibility.

Email confirmation of your order and shipping

You shall receive two email notifications from us when you order. The first confirming receipt of your order and advising we have started the manufacturing process and the second advising that your bespoke item has been shipped – we will provide a link to track delivery of your item with this second email confirmation.

Helps us to get your delivery to you efficiently

To ensure correct delivery please supply us with a physical address, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. If allowable, a workplace is an ideal delivery address. Ensure that you add a contact phone number for the couriers to use to contact you should they have difficulty delivering your parcel.
